We were called into a local Chilean hospital to investigate an incident after reports were released about a man that was submitted to the ER with third-degree burns in the shape of a large bite mark.
The man later died of his wounds but we traced him back to a Chilean arms dealer. After storming the private grounds we found a large concrete pit built under one of the utility huts at the back of the property.
Inside was a young Cherufe, a volcanic subspecies of Chile’s Native Dragons. The animal was clearly malnourished, even with its cage being littered with the scorched bones of both animal and human remains.
We extracted the asset and moved it to a known reserve where the very last population of Cherufe still exists.

ASSET ANALYSIS: Cherufe
THREAT LEVEL: 3 (AGGRESSIVE)
This volcanic species tend to live in packs of four and have been called by many names including ‘Coal Dogs’, ‘Chilean Hell Hounds’, ‘Ash Dragons’, and ‘The People of Fire’. The local population regarded them as both Humanoid and Reptile, however, in reality, they a sub-species of Dragon with the ability to stand on their hind legs when threatened, similar to a Bear or Mandrill.
This upright appearance may have given early settlers the impression that they walked upright like humans.

I think this one turned out nicely :)
