Articuno 2

Articuno is a legendary class Pokemon and the last known living specimen has been deemed top secret by ‘Safeguard’, the secret organisation dedicated to protecting endangered species of Pokemon, even from Kantos active government.
It is a surviving species of primal Pokemon that once roamed the planet and is known to live in incredibly cold environments, radiating an aura that can drop the temperature around it, freezing the moisture in the air. Neither male nor female it has been deduced that this species is Asexual and can reproduce via parthenogenesis. A single living Articuno was discovered in the Seafoam Islands mountain range, protected by a group of dedicated monks known as the Jou-Shin.
Members of Safeguard managed to rescue the bird after an attack by the government was averted and its last known location was in the Hollow mountains in Northern Kanto.
